Danielle Simmons is a Strategy Director at Helena.

A former associate with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Danielle represented private equity funds and corporations in the practice area of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to law, she earned a two-year post-baccalaureate research-training award with National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland in which she conducted research in the Molecular Mechanisms of Behavior Unit for the National Institute on Drug Abuse. In her spare time Danielle volunteers for UNICEF and Co-Chairs the UNICEF Masquerade Ball.

Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Southern California and her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
