Ashley Scorpio is the Director of Communications at Helena. She is a seasoned digital strategist and experienced political aide with expertise in communications, government and public relations, marketing, and advertising.

Over the course of nearly a decade of work on and around Parliament Hill, Ms. Scorpio worked for some of Canada’s top political representatives and organizations including the Conservative Party of Canada, the Prime Minister of Canada, Cabinet Ministers, a Secretary of State, a Parliamentary Secretary and several other key Members of Parliament including a Committee Chair and a Regional Caucus Chair. Her knowledge of Parliamentary procedure, public policy, and government practices is extensive.

Outside of her political career, Ms. Scorpio has contributed her time and expertise to a variety of nonprofit organizations, and served as the Director of Communications for MYCommonwealth, Canada’s official youth representative body to the Commonwealth Secretariat.

Over the years, Ashley has worked with a variety of brands, organizations, startups, personalities, and public figures to build and grow their digital presence – in house, at an agency, and through her own consultancy.
